The gospel of Christ is this: Jesus Christ, the Son of God, Himself God, became flesh and lived on this earth as a man. He went through all the temptations, all the pain, all the suffering, yet He never sinned. He was obedient and He took all the sin of the whole world upon Himself. He was crucified and died on the cross in my place and in yours. He overcame death and rose on the third day. He appeared to His disciples and many witnesses saw Him. He ascended to heaven where He now sits at the right hand of the Father, interceding for His children. And soon and very soon He will appear again to receive His bride, the church, to Himself. And then 7 years later He will come back as KING to rule for a thousand years and forever.
